“I discussed the story with Salman in Mumbai after which he agreed to make a movie based on my life. He promised to give me a royalty of Rs 20 crore but the picture was released even without paying my royalty,” Khan alleged.

Khan’s lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha said the case has been registered against the actor, actress, film director and other under various section of IPC, wherein the accused persons have been charged with fraud and breach of trust.

“After looking into the complaint, the court has posted the matter for hearing on July 12,” Ojha told the media today.
