PATNA: Villagers from Bihar have penned a 141-meter-long letter wherein they drew the attention of the Prime Minister towards various issues gripping the nation.
“You (Narendra Modi) are the 14th Prime Minister of India but the major issue of poverty still continues. What have you done to end it?” asked the villagers in their letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The unique letter has been written by the villagers from Aarhara village which falls under Ghelarh block in Madhepura district.
In their letter, they villagers mentioned that the law and order situation in the country has completely collapsed and the masses are being divided in the name of reservation.
“If your government is serious about reservation, then its facility should be given to everyone living in the country,” the letter says.
It alleged the country with a population of 1.4 billion still lacks many facilities even seven decades after independence.
“But the fact of the matter is that the condition of nation is still pathetic. Neither there are good roads not there is proper health facility. India is still far behind in matter of development,” the villagers alleged.
