Playboy Magazine founder Hugh Hefner passes away

Los Angeles: Hugh Hefner, 91, who founded the groundbreaking men’s lifestyle magazine Playboy in 1953, died on Wednesday, according to media reports.

The Playboy twitter handle said on Wednesday, “American Icon and Playboy Founder, Hugh M. Hefner passed away today. He was 91. #RIPHef”

He died at home, Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, from natural causes, media reported.
