PATNA: RJD chief Lalu Prasad and his family may have declared a war on the BJP but his party men don’t look to be careful in attack on the saffron camp.
While the RJD is holding a massive rally in Patna with the objective to “drive out BJP from power and save the country,” some of his party his party leaders were found putting up a poster which appeals the masses “to save BJP to save the country”—a major goof-up.
Interestingly, the poster has been placed in Bhagalpur which is the epicentre of infamous Rs 1,000 crore Srijan scam. The entire RJD has been demanding resignation of chief minister Nitish Kumar and his deputy Sushil Kumar Modi in this scam.
The rally nicknamed “BJP Bhagao, Desh Bachao” is scheduled to be held at Patna’s Gandhi Maidan on August 27.
To make rally a grand success, Prasad and his children have been making an extensive tour of the state and appealing to the masses to attend the rally in large number.
Prasad has also invited leaders from the opposition parties to present a show of unity before the next general elections due in 2019.
The RJD chief has accused the ruling coalition of trying to disturb his party rally saying the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Bihar on August 26—a day ahead of his rally— was planned just to disturb his programme.
